Payment: Payments only accepted in-person. All major credit cards accepted. Must be able to show valid, non expired, state issued ID that matches the name on the card. Only cards with chips accepted. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are subject to Missouri state and local Jefferson County sales tax. Price shown excludes sales tax; sales tax will be added to the final amount due. Sales tax rate is based on the physical location of our shop and is calculated as 6.6% of the total price (up to 3% lower than other stores in the St. Louis area).
Holds: Payment in full is required for holds. Holds cannot exceed 7 calendar days. Any deposit made is non-refundable. Balance to be paid in full before delivery or pickup. Cash or Credit Card only for final payment. Checks or send money services are not accepted for payment.
Furniture: purchaser acknowledges that all furniture is manufactured by other entities and is only refinished by Phase 2 Patio LLC. All liability or injury due to a malfunction of the furniture resides with the manufacturer and not with Phase 2 Patio LLC.
